PURCHASES:
Jewelry purchases will only be accepted with shipping addresses within the United States of America (including Alaska and Hawaii). NO INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE ORDERS will be accepted.

Bead colors in the jewelry you receive may vary slightly from the colors displayed on CrystalDazzleJewelry.com.
PAYMENTS:
Thank you for your purchase, and making your payment ahead of time! All jewelry orders will be created upon receipt of payment in full from PayPal. PayPal is the accepted form of payment for your purchase. Crystal Dazzle Jewelry will be happy to e-mail you an invoice with a link to PayPal for ease in paying for your jewelry. SHIPPING:
USA ORDERS ONLY! NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be accepted! Most orders ship within 10 days after payment is received from PayPal. It’s possible a situation may arise where an order could take 2-3 weeks to be created and then shipped. If a component is out of stock and needs to be ordered, Crystal Dazzle Jewelry will notify you with an estimated shipping date before processing your order. Items are shipped via First Class USPS and include Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS! Every order is custom-made and every effort is made to communicate with you to create your custom piece to your specifications. The ultimate goal is that you will love your jewelry and order more!! Crystal Dazzle Jewelry stands by our products and we’re confident you’ll be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, send an e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to discuss your concerns.
REPAIRS:
Should your item break within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, resulting from a problem with workmanship, repairs will be made free of charge. After that time, there will be a $20.00 per hour charge for repairs. Upon receipt of your returned item, you will receive an e-mail with an estimate of the repair cost. Upon your consent, the repairs will be made. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping, tracking and insuring of the returned item . The item must be returned, in the same secure packaging manner that it was shipped to you, via traceable courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Crystal Dazzle Jewelry will not replace any lost, stolen or damaged shipments from the customer. Crystal Dazzle Jewelry will pay to ship the repaired item back to you.
